Each of these “sub-books” presents a different issue. This book is a distress report of the problems faced by physics communities around the world. I learned a lot from this book. Well, there are "math" engineers and "physics" engineers. (You know how there are "cat" people and "dog" people? The half that I read is quite good, though, so I'll share a bit from that. On a friend's recommendation, I am reading Lee Smolin's The Trouble with Physics: The Rise of String Theory, The Fall of a Science, and What Comes Next. Even eminent physicists admit the there is something fundamentally wrong with the scientific discipline of physics, as with Lee Smolin in his book with the above title. The bars are an indication of how strong the Wi-Fi signal is, but they don't tell you anything about interference or other radio problems that can corrupt a strong signal. Believe it or not, but I've been reading a book on theoretical physics. The trouble with The Trouble with Physics is that it is, in fact, two books for the price of one.
